NoGowiBoqe provides food-grade container manufacturing services specializing in snack and kuih packaging solutions. Our services include custom design, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery of food-safe containers that meet Malaysian and international standards.

2. Order Process and Acceptance

Orders are processed according to our standard procedures:

• Quotation: All orders begin with a detailed quotation based on your specifications
• Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit payment
• Production Timeline: Manufacturing timelines are provided with each quotation and may vary based on order complexity
• Modifications: Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs and extend delivery times

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure and payment requirements:

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified
• Standard payment terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% upon completion
• Custom orders may require different payment schedules
• Prices include GST where applicable
• Late payment may result in order delays and additional charges

4. Quality Standards and Specifications

NoGowiBoqe is committed to delivering high-quality products:

• All containers meet FDA food safety standards and Malaysian regulations
• Materials are BPA-free and food-grade certified
• Quality control inspections are conducted throughout the manufacturing process
• Specifications must be approved by customer before production begins
• Minor variations in color, size, or finish are within acceptable tolerances

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery terms and responsibilities:

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production schedules or external factors
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to specified address
• Customer must inspect products within 7 days of delivery and report any issues
• Delivery delays due to customer unavailability may incur storage fees

6. Intellectual Property

Protection of intellectual property rights:

• Customer retains ownership of their designs, logos, and specifications
• NoGowiBoqe retains rights to manufacturing processes and techniques
• Confidentiality of customer designs and business information is maintained
• Custom molds and tooling remain property of NoGowiBoqe unless otherwise agreed

7. Warranties and Liability

Our warranty coverage and liability limitations:

• Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months
• Warranty covers material defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or damage
• Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption damages
• Customer is responsible for ensuring products are suitable for intended use

8. Cancellation and Returns

Policies regarding order changes and returns:

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to cancellation fees
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or errors on our part
• Return authorization must be obtained before returning products

9. Force Majeure

NoGowiBoqe is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties
• Mediation through Malaysian mediation services
• Final resolution through Malaysian courts if necessary
